The staff were great incredibly friendly and helpful, with a smile and time for the guests. Food was great too and the facilities were perfect. Excellent place for families but catered well to our group of adults only too. I would definitely recommend the place.
Being a big guy the bed foot boards were a pain and there were no spare pillows but these were minor inconveniences quickly resolved.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - it was a refreshing change from the big chains. The owners, Peter & Susanne, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure my holiday was relaxing, interesting, and enjoyable. The hotel is unique and full of character, reflecting its early 20th-century origins. And the best part? The hotel's location on the hill provided breathtaking panoramic views of the stunning Alps. I couldn't get enough of those beautiful views from my room's little balcony.
Everything was absolutely fine - no complaints here!
